Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide specialist procurement strategy advice to Public and Private sector clients.
  • •Manage and collaborate with a team on end-to-end procurement services for major projects or programmes.
  • •Support the development of the procurement services provided by Turner & Townsend.
  • •Support business development and marketing of the Contract Services team’s service proposition.
  • •Support the delivery of team and wider business targets and assist with bid preparation and proposal documentation.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Experience of leading and/or supporting projects in a strategic procurement environment, with ability to guide procurement strategies for large programmes.
  • •Strong background in tender preparation and development of respective documents, including process and key documentation design.
  • •Experience leading and/or supporting supplier engagement activities, from market engagement through to contract award.
  • •Cross sector experience with Public/Utilities Contract Regulations or equivalent; familiarity with standard form contracts NEC and JCT.
  • •MCIPs accreditation either achieved or in progress; degree related to construction, civil engineering, quantity surveying, law or procurement.
