Job Summary

Lead performance and automation testing efforts to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality software products and/or data. Own end-to-end test design and execution across automation, manual, API, functional, regression, and performance testing. Partner with Product, Engineering, QA, and other stakeholders to validate requirements, analyze results, perform root-cause analysis, and drive continuous improvements to testing processes, frameworks, and tooling.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and execute automation, manual, API, functional, regression, and performance testing to ensure quality delivery on time and to specifications.
•Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end automated test scenarios and configure, administer, and optimize testing tools and environments.
•Collaborate with Product Management, Project Management, Engineering, Operations, QA, and other stakeholders to plan, execute, and validate testing activities.
•Analyze test results, identify defects, perform root cause analysis, document findings, and help resolve quality and performance issues with cross-functional teams.
•Drive continuous improvement by enhancing testing processes, automation frameworks, methodologies, and overall QA efficiency.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent experience) with 7+ years of Quality Test Engineering experience.
•Strong understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, process improvement, and software testing best practices.
•Subject matter expertise in automation testing (Behave framework), manual testing, API testing, functional testing, and regression testing.
•Hands-on experience designing and developing end-to-end automated test scenarios and executing complex automation and performance testing.
•Experience with testing tool administration, environment configuration, defect tracking, root cause analysis, and test reporting.
