Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and execute automation, manual, API, functional, regression, and performance testing to ensure quality delivery on time and to specifications.
  • •Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end automated test scenarios and configure, administer, and optimize testing tools and environments.
  • •Collaborate with Product Management, Project Management, Engineering, Operations, QA, and other stakeholders to plan, execute, and validate testing activities.
  • •Analyze test results, identify defects, perform root cause analysis, document findings, and help resolve quality and performance issues with cross-functional teams.
  • •Drive continuous improvement by enhancing testing processes, automation frameworks, methodologies, and overall QA efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent experience) with 7+ years of Quality Test Engineering experience.
  • •Strong understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, process improvement, and software testing best practices.
  • •Subject matter expertise in automation testing (Behave framework), manual testing, API testing, functional testing, and regression testing.
  • •Hands-on experience designing and developing end-to-end automated test scenarios and executing complex automation and performance testing.
  • •Experience with testing tool administration, environment configuration, defect tracking, root cause analysis, and test reporting.
