Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a portfolio of premier, strategic, and high-touch customer accounts, ensuring timely collections and white-glove customer experience.
  • •Support collections coverage across regional AR areas, including payment follow-up, portal workflows, dispute coordination, and escalation management.
  • •Support new channel success (marketplace, partner, reseller, agency, ads, and other non-standard collections motions) across priority customer segments.
  • •Perform credit reviews and customer risk assessments, including payment history, exposure, credit limits, terms, and escalation recommendations.
  • •Drive resolution of complex AR and customer finance issues and run disciplined AR operating cadences while monitoring portfolio health and DSO/aging impacts.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 158,000 - 175,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of experience in credit, collections, accounts receivable, customer finance, or broader Order to Cash operations.
  • •Experience managing complex enterprise, strategic, or high-touch collections across U.S. and priority AR portfolios in a high-growth/global environment.
  • •Strong understanding of AR aging, DSO, credit risk, portfolio prioritization, collections strategy, payment terms, disputes, cash application, and queue-based operations.
  • •Experience supporting customers across key regional AR work areas, including payment practices, documentation norms, tax/invoicing complexity, portal workflows, dispute resolution, and customer communication expectations.
  • •Comfort working with data/dashboards and systems such as Salesforce and ERP or billing systems; interest in using automation and AI tools to improve collections coverage and prioritization.
