A creative, organized Social Media Associate responsible for managing Fora’s brand voice across Instagram, TikTok, Threads, Facebook, X, YouTube, and LinkedIn. You’ll translate campaigns into platform-specific content, engage with the community, produce short-form video, and collaborate with designers, production, and partnerships to drive Fora’s social strategy from New York City.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the end to end management of the social content calendar for @ForaTravel and @ForaCommunity, including planning, scheduling, publishing, and ongoing optimization across Instagram, TikTok, Threads, Facebook, X, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
•Translate brand campaigns and editorial content into platform specific executions that align with channel best practices and overall brand strategy.
•Manage day to day community engagement, including responding to direct messages and comments, engaging with advisor content, participating in relevant cultural moments, and helping establish a consistent and distinctive brand voice across platforms.
•Ideate, capture, edit, and publish short form video and visual content using tools such as Canva, Figma, CapCut, Adobe, and other creative platforms.
•Collaborate with designers, editors, production, and external partners to bring social first concepts to life.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 60,000 - 90,000 annually

Key Requirements

•2+ years of full time experience managing social media for a brand or agency, with direct ownership of publishing and community management.
•Demonstrated experience creating short form video and visual content, supported by a portfolio of work.
•Proficiency with social scheduling and analytics tools such as Dash Social, along with experience using Airtable or similar project management platforms.
•Strong skills in content creation, basic graphic design, video editing, and visual storytelling.
•Experience managing community engagement across multiple social platforms.
