Key Responsibilities

•Manage all phases of the implementation lifecycle from sales turnover and kickoff to handover to support.
•Drive project management and ensure successful platform deployment for new clients.
•Define 360Learning platform architecture for clients and facilitate integrations (flat files, APIs, third-party apps).
•Guide customers with platform setup/configuration and provide troubleshooting and technical assistance.
•Follow customer portfolios to increase product adoption and deliver complementary solutions such as platform audits.

Key Requirements

•4+ years of professional consulting experience, ideally in a customer-facing technical role (technical consultant, Technical Account Manager, technical project manager, implementation project manager, or pre-sales consultant).
•Experience deploying SaaS products (ideally HR-related) and leading implementations.
•Strong project management skills to drive delivery from kickoff to handover.
•Hands-on understanding of APIs and SSO configuration/troubleshooting.
•Fluent German and very good English proficiency (level B2).
