Commercial Banking Officer

Develop new business and manage commercial loan activities, including underwriting, structuring, and timely closing and funding. Build relationships with clients through community involvement, networking, and regular outreach (warm and cold prospect calls) to meet growth goals. Gather and analyze financial data, prepare loan memos and documentation for approval, and ensure accuracy and compliance. Maintain and service an existing loan portfolio while advising clients on account status and resolving related credit issues.
