Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop new business and manage commercial loans, including underwriting, structuring, and closing.
  • •Evaluate client needs and offer appropriate financial products, services, and loans; cross-sell as appropriate.
  • •Respond to client inquiries within 24 hours and provide ongoing relationship servicing to maintain goodwill and grow business.
  • •Conduct networking and outreach activities (community events, Chambers of Commerce, warm and cold prospect calls) to meet call and growth goals.
  • •Prepare, compile, and analyze client and financial information; create loan memos and ensure loan documentation completeness, accuracy, and compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least three (3) years of banking or financial services experience.
  • •Experience working directly with customers across all levels, from support staff to business owners and managers.
  • •Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience interacting with decision makers and influencers.
  • •Ability to prepare and coordinate proposals and work through the underwriting process productively.
  • •Ability to stay organized and multi-task; experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
