Key Responsibilities

  • •Set product design vision and strategy for the full application experience, from developer onboarding to enterprise-grade agent orchestration.
  • •Define AI design standards for agentic UX, including trust and transparency, human-in-the-loop controls, streaming/non-deterministic states, and explainability.
  • •Run Satellite as a product design system: roadmap, governance, contribution model, adoption metrics, accessibility, and evolution into an AI-native system.
  • •Build and scale a technical product design organization across product designers, design engineers, UX researchers, and content designers.
  • •Partner with Product, Engineering, and GTM at the leadership level and maintain a quality bar for usability and performance in core search.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years in product design, including 6+ leading design organizations (managers of managers) in B2B SaaS or developer-platform companies.
  • •Demonstrated AI-native design leadership with shipped conversational, agentic, or generative AI/ML-powered product experiences.
  • •Technical depth across front-end fundamentals (React, component architecture, design tokens) plus comfort with APIs and LLM behavior (latency, hallucination, non-determinism).
  • •Proven ownership of complex technical application experiences serving developer and business audiences.
  • •Hands-on experience building or scaling a design system as a product with cross-org adoption, roadmap, and governance.
