Major Complex Loss Adjuster Technical Team

Handle high net worth, major loss, and complex insurance claims, including escapes of oil, while meeting demanding MCL service standards. Maintain KPI performance, proactively manage and control complex cases, and ensure technical accuracy through high-quality reporting. Use deep knowledge of domestic and commercial claims, building defects, property restoration processes, and SME/contents handling to diagnose issues, direct investigations, negotiate settlements, and provide expert advice to customers, clients, and loss adjusters.
