Key Responsibilities

•Define and own the working backwards document and vision for feature releases.
•Identify gaps and charter new platform capabilities; prioritize features using research, competitive analysis, and metrics.
•Collect and share user stories with engineering teams and be the voice of the business customer accountable for platform services.
•Prepare launches and monitor platform performance, adoption, and operational health; ensure feedback is incorporated post-launch.
•Own and manage product documentation, including self-service support efforts and reducing overhead, while mentoring team members.

Key Requirements

•Responsible for developing platform/product visions from business needs, market opportunities, and technology trends.
•Use Working Backwards to decompose requirements and customer experiences into features and functions that drive the roadmap.
•Ability to read code (Java, C++) and collaborate with designers and architects while rapidly learning new technologies.
•Experience with cloud, big data, data science/analytics, and microservices is a plus.
•BS/MBA in a related discipline.
