Key Responsibilities

•Engage and influence senior and C-level stakeholders through co-developed Joint Business Plans, market intelligence, and data-driven insights.
•Manage a complex portfolio of strategic hotel partners, balancing commercial performance, operational priorities, and long-term relationship development.
•Translate complex data and market insights into actionable commercial strategies and tailored recommendations for hotel partners.
•Utilize AI-enabled tools and data-driven insights to improve decision-making, identify growth opportunities, and enhance operational efficiency.
•Drive partner performance across key business metrics including supply health, pricing competitiveness, direct share, campaign participation, and strategic initiatives.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic account management, business development, management consulting, e-commerce, marketplace platforms, travel tech, hospitality, or related commercial roles.
•Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify growth opportunities, influence partner behavior, and drive measurable business impact.
•Proven ability to build and sustain executive-level partnerships that drive measurable business outcomes.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to simplify complex data into clear business recommendations.
•Excellent stakeholder management, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with fluency in English and Chinese.
