Key Responsibilities

  • •Define, implement, and monitor a comprehensive security engineering strategy across application security, AI security, cloud security, corporate security, SecOps/incident detection & response, and red teaming.
  • •Support the CISO to lead and manage the global security engineering organization, including hiring, training, mentoring, performance management, and budget oversight.
  • •Oversee secure architecture design and continuous improvement for systems, cloud infrastructure, networks, and applications aligned to security best practices.
  • •Partner across Business, Development, DevOps, Product, Program, Risk/Compliance, and IT to integrate security controls into the engineering and CI/CD lifecycle and engage with auditors/regulators.
  • •Direct incident response and operational resilience efforts, including containment, forensic investigation, remediation, and executive/Board reporting on security posture and program progress.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree required in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related technical field; Master's degree preferred.
  • •12+ years of progressive experience in information security, IT risk management, or cyber defense, including hands-on manual penetration testing and code reviews across cloud and application infrastructures.
  • •3+ years of senior leadership/management experience leading a security engineering organization, including hiring, training, mentoring, performance management, and complex program oversight.
  • •In-depth technical knowledge of security architecture, secure cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), application security, and adversarial emulation (Red Teaming).
  • •Active practitioner with demonstrated ability to independently execute detection/response and vulnerability exploitation, without relying solely on automated tools.
