Key Responsibilities

•Partner with Japan management to shape TikTok’s mid-to-long term commercial incentive strategy with key partners to drive growth.
•Conduct market research and analysis on competitors’ deal offerings and incorporate findings into TikTok’s deal design.
•Define monetary incentive structures and service value to support partners’ business expansion.
•Coordinate deal implementation with cross-functional counterparts across legal, finance, and tax.
•Plan and design incentive programs, including short-term booster initiatives, tracking dashboards, ROI measurement, and post-program analysis.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of work experience in a tech company, strategy consulting, or financial institutions.
•Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
•Strong analytical skills.
•Fast learner with entrepreneurial drive and good judgment/original thinking.
•Preferred: experience in digital advertising and/or commercial deal design.
