Key Responsibilities

  • •Use technology (laptops and tablets) to create, assign, and monitor work orders and track machine service intervals.
  • •Diagnose equipment issues by pulling data from many makes and models to determine root cause and corrective action.
  • •Repair and maintain pump, power, and HVAC equipment using safe job practices, including preventive maintenance at customer sites when required.
  • •Troubleshoot equipment failures in the shop and at customer locations, and handle repairs.
  • •Maintain complete and timely daily electronic documentation (work orders), and assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Own tools applicable to the position and have advanced mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of tools.
  • •Experience working on power generators and/or commercial HVAC equipment, including inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
  • •Ability to travel weekly to support business needs.
  • •Experience calculating nominal and effective tonnage and/or kW requirements, and reading/understanding schematics.
  • •EPA 608 certification is preferred (must be able to obtain within 6–12 months of employment if not already certified).
