•Supervise personnel for workforce management, productivity, and development.
•Maintain client relationships and ensure service delivery meets expectations while adhering to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or Management, or an Engineering degree (Civil/Mechanical/related) with a diploma/certificate in Business Administration or Management.
•Minimum 8 years of experience, including at least 5 years in a supervisory role or 2 years in a managerial role in a related field.
•Strong knowledge of contract administration, personnel management, accounting, data processing, and facilities or janitorial operations.
•Fluent English communication (written and spoken) to prepare reports, present data, and interpret safety rules.
•Valid driving license required.
