Job Function: Administration & Executive Assistance

Key Responsibilities

•Define the long-term vision for log-data acquisition, normalization, and analytics across service lines.
•Architect enterprise-scale telemetry frameworks across on-premise, cloud, and OT environments.
•Advise strategic customers with roadmap recommendations, risk assessments, executive workshops, and security posture reviews.
•Define KPIs for ingestion latency, data fidelity, and detection efficacy; implement automated quality gates and continuous improvement loops.
•Mentor and train the team for complex MDR integration tasks; define and enforce operational standards and automate onboarding.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related field.
•8+ years of experience with SIEM platforms, log engineering, and security operations.
•Deep knowledge of SIEM architectures (e.g., Splunk, QRadar, Elastic, Azure Sentinel) and log data models/protocols (CEF, JSON, Syslog, OpenTelemetry).
•Advanced scripting/programming and automation (Python, PowerShell, Bash, Go; Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins).
•Containerization and cloud platforms experience (Docker/Kubernetes; AWS, Azure, GCP), plus CISSP/CISM or equivalent and relevant SIEM/cloud security certifications.
