Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the installation, service, upgrade, and decommissioning of complex structured cabling systems (Cat5e/Cat6/Cat6A), fiber optic networks, and low-voltage technologies.
•Install and configure infrastructure components including racks, cable trays, cabinets, pathways, and network devices; patch panels and bonding as required.
•Coordinate and execute on-site tasks to ensure safety, quality, and timely project completion while adhering to scope and standards.
•Provide clear updates on project status, technical challenges, and resolutions to clients and team members.
•Mentor and supervise Technicians I & II, promoting workmanship, professionalism, and customer service.

Key Requirements

•5+ years installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting low voltage cabling systems (Cat5e/Cat6/Cat6A)
•Expertise in structured cabling and fiber optics for data centers and enterprise facilities
•Ability to lead and mentor Technicians I & II, ensuring craftsmanship, professionalism, and customer service
•Proven experience installing, servicing, upgrading, and decommissioning complex ICT infrastructure components
•Strong knowledge of relevant codes, standards (TIA/BICSI) and life-safety requirements
