Key Responsibilities

  • •Embody a strong client experience culture and be present with clients and teammates to understand the impact of your support.
  • •Accept and accurately process financial service transactions while identifying opportunities to deepen and expand client relationships.
  • •Act as a resource to identify and resolve more complex client servicing issues.
  • •Listen for financial wellness opportunities during client conversations and provide tailored financial wellness recommendations, transitioning to a Banker when appropriate.
  • •Meet individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals; participate in huddles and debriefs, and follow compliance, audit, and security procedures including cash drawer balancing.

Salary: USD 19.23 - 28.37 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience (required).
  • •Experience developing current and new client relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources (required).
  • •Experience with cash handling (required).
  • •General understanding of PC with Windows-based applications and a calculator (required).
  • •Working knowledge of digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing) and ability to educate clients on digital platforms (required).
