Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain self-serve dashboards and reports in Tableau Next for CCO and Customer Success stakeholders.
  • •Standardize metric definitions and maintain the semantic layer within the data product, partnering with the Analytics Engineer.
  • •Perform analysis and insights work by converting ad-hoc questions into fast, credible analysis.
  • •Handle data stewardship by resolving reporting issues and improving the reporting experience with stakeholders.
  • •Own the dbt semantic layer and metric governance end-to-end, including maintaining a metric catalog for P&L and adoption metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •Deep experience building Tableau dashboards, with Tableau Next experience a plus.
