Define lifecycle processes for products such as keyboards and mouse, manage dependency and deliverable tracking, and lead program risk management, metrics, and corporate initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Define product/solution development lifecycle processes for gaming peripheral products such as keyboards and mouse.
•Ensure dependency and deliverable tracking across products, solutions, and functions.
•Define the program risk management plan and drive mitigation and resolutions.
•Drive consistent and accurate cross-functional program metrics and plan corporate initiatives (Federal, Security, Globalization).
•Exercise latitude in shaping technical goals for the program.

Key Requirements

•12 to 15 years of related experience in a professional role for gaming peripherals.
•Strong knowledge and application of engineering concepts with effective problem-solving skills.
•Experience with PC-related interface input/output connections and familiarity with gaming peripheral architecture and design (multiple platforms).
•Hands-on experience using electrical engineering (EE) tools and frameworks to support issue resolution.
•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Computer Science (or related) for gaming peripherals; relevant certifications and experience with PLM/ALM tools are desirable.
