Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement and support the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure completion of construction audits and commissioning services.
  • •Ensure compliance with quality standards, building codes, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
  • •Review and verify material submittals, manage RFI logs and maintenance logs, and update QC punch lists with contractors/subcontractors.
  • •Conduct internal quality audits and site inspections, investigate non-conformance issues, and maintain inspection/test plans.
  • •Oversee commissioning processes and deliver project closeout documents including O&M manuals, as-builts, and warranties.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of construction and quality management experience.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field.
  • •Experience managing field engineering, inspection, and NDE QA/QC functions.
  • •Proficiency reading and interpreting plans, specifications, drawings, contracts, and MEP-related documents.
  • •Ability to develop and manage non-conformance/defect programs, including root cause analysis.
