Job Summary

Lead AI Innovation & Engineering teams and manage multiple AI engineering squads that design, build, and deploy AI-powered products and capabilities. Partner with product, platform engineering, data science, architecture, and business leaders to translate AI strategy into roadmaps, deliver solutions to production, and ensure scalability, security, reliability, and measurable business value. Provide technical leadership across architecture, engineering practices, code quality, testing, performance, and DevSecOps/CI/CD on Google Cloud Platform.

•Partner with business and technology leaders to define AI priorities, roadmaps, and delivery plans aligned to strategic objectives.
•Drive design, development, and deployment of scalable AI-powered products and solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
•Provide technical leadership across solution architecture, engineering practices, code quality, testing, security, and performance.
•Oversee end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives from concept through production, ensuring quality, reliability, and measurable business value.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
•At least 8-10 years delivering AI or software engineering initiatives, including meaningful experience in a formal people-management role.
•Prior experience managing engineering/technical talent (including managers or squad leads) with performance management and career development responsibility.
•Hands-on programming background in Java and/or Python, with software architecture/engineering experience building services (MSA, SOA, integrations).
•Experience with DevSecOps, CI/CD, and building/leading engineering squads on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
