Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with PEE, PIE, and Planning teams to enable short- to mid-term capacity and cycle time planning for the area.
  • •Identify area constraints and establish and implement best-known methods to resolve them.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and improve manufacturing system deployment, enhancement, and training.
  • •Drive productivity and quality improvement projects such as cycle time reduction, RPT improvement, and operations simplification.
  • •Set up and maintain automated systems to disposition product; define and streamline Probe business processes and improve Probe system robustness; perform system setup for new NAND devices.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • •Basic understanding of manufacturing concepts such as capacity planning and cycle time.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and close inefficiency gaps.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills, with independent and self-motivated work style.
  • •Understanding or interest in AI applications in semiconductor manufacturing; SQL, Python, and Tableau setup preferred.
