Job Summary

Design, build, and scale enterprise-grade AI systems, moving prototypes into robust, observable, and governed platforms. Lead technical delivery across squads by defining AI architecture patterns for agentic workflows, orchestration, and context engineering. Establish evaluation and quality gates, own production monitoring and incident-response patterns, and decompose complex business problems into solvable AI workstreams while mentoring engineers and partnering with Data Science, AI/ML Ops, Platform, and Product teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead design and delivery of robust, scalable AI systems and agentic workflows across squads.
•Define architecture patterns for orchestration, multi-step reasoning, tool use, and agent coordination.
•Set standards for context engineering, including prompt design, retrieval augmentation, grounding, and memory systems.
•Oversee modular, reusable APIs/services/integration layers that enable enterprise AI delivery.
•Own production monitoring, observability, debugging, and incident-response patterns for AI systems.

Key Requirements

•Highly experienced, hands-on AI engineer focused on scalable, production-grade solutions.
•Ability to lead technical delivery while defining direction for engineering practices and staying involved in implementation.
•Comfort guiding architectural decisions and leading cross-team initiatives.
•Ownership of continuous improvement through learning new frameworks, experimenting with novel architectures, and adopting best practices.
•Experience mentoring engineers through design reviews, code reviews, technical planning, and best-practice adoption.
