Key Responsibilities

  • •Produce all types of Voltage Regulators for the continuous flow line to meet customer service requirements.
  • •Follow standard work and 5S, perform visual inspection of the previous operation, and construct and test tap changers.
  • •Build products per work instructions and quality standards using calibrated tooling (pneumatic tools, power tools, hand tools).
  • •Conduct ratio testing, troubleshoot issues, and repair units/components that fail test or are defective.
  • •Move units using overhead cranes and power industrial vehicles, and cross-train across stations in the Regulators department.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 6 months of experience or education in assembly, manufacturing, or the military.
  • •Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and in the future.
  • •Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Waukesha, WI will be considered.
  • •High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
  • •Ability to work overtime when required and lift up to 50 lbs, including bending/twisting and standing/walking.
