Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive digital commercialization across IWPB markets to grow mobile usage and funnel conversion across priority products and journeys.
  • •Set commercialization approach for priority capabilities by defining target segments, value proposition, launch plans, and market playbooks.
  • •Own digital growth performance oversight by establishing KPIs/dashboards, tracking results, and driving actions to close gaps.
  • •Lead channel migration to move priority journey transactions from Branch/Contact Centre to digital, supported by KPIs and readiness across journeys and routing.
  • •Partner across Group stakeholders and markets to align priorities, manage dependencies, and scale cross-border best practice through toolkits, standards, and learnings.

Key Requirements

  • •Commercial mindset and strong execution discipline to own targets, prioritize based on value, and drive outcomes in a matrix environment.
  • •Working knowledge of digital technologies and assisted distribution channels, including tools for product optimization, data visualization, and Martech (CRM, CDP, MMP).
  • •Experience tracking customer interactions, channel usage, journey mapping, and continuously improving customer journeys.
  • •Demonstrated experience delivering digital transformation, building business cases, and developing commercialization plans for new launches.
  • •Strong data-led capability to work with large datasets, use funnel/journey analytics and segmentation, and translate insight into clear actions.
