Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect and implement a secure, scalable digital asset ecosystem, including custody solutions (wallets, HSMs, and key management).
  • •Lead stablecoin issuance and lifecycle management capabilities, including smart contract design and governance.
  • •Integrate digital asset platforms with core banking, payments, and mobile banking using API-first, microservices architectures.
  • •Establish security architecture, risk controls, operational governance, and resilience (HA/DR), including HSM-based key management and NIST/ISO 27001-aligned frameworks.
  • •Ensure compliance with CBUAE regulations and AML/CFT requirements, while managing solution lifecycle, monitoring, playbooks, and vendor/partner relationships.

Key Requirements
