Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze performance for your assigned category, create and execute improvement action plans, and maximize sales opportunities and contribution.
  • •Partner with the store manager to drive store-wide sales strategy, aiming to meet budgets and exceed KPI goals.
  • •Lead the team by building motivation and a one-team spirit, and deliver training on product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service.
  • •Improve customer experience through brand sales ceremonies and after-sales support, and grow new and existing customer relationships to increase loyalty.
  • •Support retail operations including visual merchandising, inventory/cash flow/logistics and reporting, and plan and run local events to drive brand recognition.

Key Requirements

  • •Management experience in the luxury industry, domestic market, or select shops.
