Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a medium- to large-sized portfolio of standard/complex construction loans, primarily LIHTC multifamily transactions.
  • •Perform full monthly due diligence on borrower draw requisitions, verifying documentation and balancing sources/uses for loan agreement-compliant funding.
  • •Oversee the construction loan lifecycle, including reviewing transaction documentation, attending closing calls, setting up the initial draw process, and coordinating extensions, payoffs, and permanent loan conversions.
  • •Administer daily operations: manage bank-controlled accounts (BCAs), track budgets, change orders, equity contributions, general ledger transactions, interest payments, and insurance compliance.
  • •Lead team training and onboarding and drive strategic process improvement projects.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 108,900 - 124,300 annually

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification.
  • •At least 3 years of experience in construction loan management.
  • •At least 3 years of experience in accounting and loan operations, including preparing, reviewing, or processing loan documents.
  • •Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience.
  • •Experience with construction lending, LIHTC investment or syndication.
