Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a trusted partner to talent leadership to execute Lab49 talent projects that meet multi-year growth objectives.
  • •Anticipate business needs and recommend, develop, and implement new talent management processes to support growth.
  • •Synthesize complex situations into commercially viable initiatives aligned to people strategies and business strategies.
  • •Design and implement talent strategies focused on retention and development, including tailored learning & development programs.
  • •Drive change initiatives through communication, training, and rollout of updated or new people programs, using data to improve HR processes.

Key Requirements

  • •3-7 years of experience in talent engagement and management, preferably supporting engineering, product, and design teams.
  • •Ability to operate comfortably with ambiguity and complexity.
  • •Organized with strong attention to detail and a track record of independently driving projects to completion.
  • •Proven ability to influence and partner with employees at various levels; communicates effectively by tailoring style as needed.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or equivalent work experience.
