Key Responsibilities

  • •Own financial management for key Air Defense programs, from bookings through delivery and closeout.
  • •Partner with proposals and capture to shape cost structure, pricing strategy, and margin targets for bids.
  • •Drive financial execution and profitability across new and existing programs, owning P&L outcomes.
  • •Maintain rolling monthly forecasts, develop and maintain ETC forecasts and EAC integrity, and analyze contract and product profit margins.
  • •Deliver monthly management reporting and perform monthly/quarterly/annual variance analysis; build reports and automated dashboards in FP&A and ERP tools.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience as a financial analyst or in a related finance/accounting role.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • •Familiarity with ERP and EPM systems (e.g., Oracle, Oracle EPM) and how data flows between the production floor and the general ledger.
  • •Working knowledge of government contracting, including contract types, cost accounting, and compliance.
  • •Must be a U.S. citizen and eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance.
