Job Summary

Own product and program financial management for the Air Defense business area, including income statement forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis across contracts, products, and per-unit levels. Partner with program management, proposals/capture, production, and business leadership to explain performance and manage P&L outcomes through the program lifecycle. Build forecasts (ETC/EAC), monitor margins, and deliver monthly reporting using FP&A and ERP tools (Oracle, Foundry).

•Own financial management for key Air Defense programs, from bookings through delivery and closeout.
•Partner with proposals and capture to shape cost structure, pricing strategy, and margin targets for bids.
•Drive financial execution and profitability across new and existing programs, owning P&L outcomes.
•Maintain rolling monthly forecasts, develop and maintain ETC forecasts and EAC integrity, and analyze contract and product profit margins.
•Deliver monthly management reporting and perform monthly/quarterly/annual variance analysis; build reports and automated dashboards in FP&A and ERP tools.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 99,000 - 130,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience as a financial analyst or in a related finance/accounting role.
•Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
•Familiarity with ERP and EPM systems (e.g., Oracle, Oracle EPM) and how data flows between the production floor and the general ledger.
•Working knowledge of government contracting, including contract types, cost accounting, and compliance.
•Must be a U.S. citizen and eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance.
