Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and analyze experiments for product feature development and lifecycle engagement campaigns, partnering with engineers to improve experimentation tooling.
  • •Conduct analysis on user behaviors, product flows, and business trends to identify opportunities and recommend next steps to influence the product roadmap.
  • •Build dashboards, track metrics, investigate metric changes, and propose action plans to guide team initiatives and measure success.
  • •Collaborate with data engineers to build and improve data infrastructure supporting team analytics needs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Math, Economics, Engineering, or another STEM field.
  • •1+ years of experience in a highly analytical role, preferably in tech analytics or data science.
  • •Proficiency using SQL to analyze large datasets.
  • •Understanding of statistical concepts with practical experience applying them (e.g., A/B testing and causal inference), including explaining them to non-technical audiences.
