Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and prioritize the development team backlog to ensure high-value delivery.
  • •Write, refine, and prioritize epics and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
  • •Act as the voice of the customer by representing dealer and end-user needs in backlog decisions.
  • •Collaborate with the development team during iteration planning, stand-ups, and reviews; accept user stories against the Definition of Done.
  • •Monitor product usage and performance metrics and use them to inform prioritisation while translating strategy into sequenced work aligned to the product roadmap.

Key Requirements

  • •Solid understanding of Agile principles and the Product Owner role within Scaled Agile.
  • •Proven ability to write clear, concise epics and user stories.
  • •Strong communication skills, comfortable representing the customer view to engineering and the Product Manager.
  • •Ability to read data and use it to make prioritisation calls.
  • •Comfortable using AI tools day-to-day for product work (e.g., research, writing, analysis) and willing to grow into hands-on AI-building (e.g., Claude Code).
