Lead security guards in ensuring the professional safeguarding of the logistics site during your shift. Coordinate staffing schedules, provide day-to-day guidance, and support crime prevention efforts with an international security team and an external security service provider. Oversee access and entry controls, video monitoring, alarm and emergency systems, key and access-right management, and theft-prevention measures, including reporting and incident response. Ensure safety measures such as first aid and fire protection actions when needed.
