Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide safety and compliance context to enhance Motive’s risk, safety, and compliance strategies.
  • •Partner with Sales Development to share enterprise fleet safety best practices, define target verticals/accounts, and support sales initiatives and collateral.
  • •Work with Professional Services to integrate safety and compliance best practices into pre- and post-sales client engagements, including discovery and customized onboarding plans.
  • •Advise on competitive product capabilities and help guide a roadmap aligned with safety-focused growth strategy recommendations.
  • •Build Motive brand awareness and advocacy through conferences and speaking engagements, thought leadership content, and participation in relevant trade associations.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of successful experience within the fleet safety industry.
  • •5+ years working with safety or fleet management telematics technology.
  • •Experience across transportation segments (e.g., Waste, Oil/Gas, Trucking, Services, Transit, Federal or State Government).
  • •A record of developing and implementing risk, safety, and prevention programs that reduce risk, injuries, and overall cost.
  • •Working knowledge of OSHA, DOT, EPA, and FMCSR regulations, plus experience developing and monitoring safety programs and reporting.
