Store Manager - West Edmonton Mall

Lead store operations at up to two locations, driving sales, managing staff, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Recruit, train, and coach a high-performing team; ensure brand standards and inventory control; set schedules; and act as Chief Culture Officer to foster teamwork. You’ll build relationships with customers, cross-sell products, and oversee daily storefront performance while potentially overseeing multiple stores.
