Key Responsibilities

•Drive new and expanded business opportunities within the Natural Resources segment across Asia by collaborating with Specialty and cross-functional teams to deliver technical risk advisory and insurance solutions.
•Maintain and grow strong relationships with clients, projects and prospects, providing service for renewals, mid-term amendments, and new opportunities while supporting cross-selling of Aon solutions.
•Manage and optimize pipelines and work-in-progress processes, ensuring disciplined and uniform delivery across the region.
•Provide thought leadership and industry expertise to insurers, clients and colleagues to strengthen market positioning in energy, power, renewables, and construction insurance.
•Support claims administration and advocacy where needed and contribute to sales strategies and retention initiatives across APAC renewable energy projects.
