Product Operations Specialist

Own marketplace back-office operations by managing and maintaining experiences across internal and external ticketing and distribution platforms. Perform daily monitoring to ensure published experiences are correctly set up and running smoothly, coordinate with cross-functional teams to support launches and process improvements, and oversee day-to-day external partner API integration performance.
