Own the delivery of Alternatives product initiatives and product management projects, partnering with Product Development and Management teams to bring new Alternative products to market. Facilitate Board review and approval of new products and establish best-practice delivery governance, helping grow local capability.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with Product Development and Management teams to deliver new Alternative products and product management projects efficiently and on time.
•Provide end-to-end ownership for Alternative delivery initiatives and critical deliverables.
•Create project timelines and ensure all parties meet agreed deadlines.
•Manage the mechanics of the product launch process.
•Present and facilitate Board review and approval of new products; establish global delivery best practices with governance and technical perspective.

Key Requirements

•Demonstrate significant previous project management and product delivery experience at an established asset manager.
•Have specific knowledge of the Alternatives space (advantageous).
•Be familiar with the ESG regulatory landscape and sustainability risk (advantageous).
•Work as a self-starter with strong ownership, delivering solutions with minimal supervision.
•Hold a professional project management qualification or willingness to study for one, preferably PRINCE2.
