Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet customers and assist them in selecting products that meet their needs; convert window shoppers into buyers and promote the loyalty program while following the GUEST model (Greet, Understand, Explain, Sell, Thank).
  • •Maintain grooming and a professional appearance; be flexible to work extended hours during peak sales periods; stay up-to-date on product knowledge to provide accurate recommendations.
  • •Ensure products are displayed attractively per store layout standards; adhere to VM guidelines and stock management protocols; record and maintain inventory; upsell and cross-sell products and communicate promotions to customers.
  • •Operate the POS system for billing and transactions; balance the cash till at the start and end of shifts; process payments accurately and issue receipts/refunds while following security and loss prevention policies.
  • •Replenish and re-merchandise stock to ensure product availability and communicate stock/ promotions effectively to customers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required.
  • •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for welcoming customer experience.
  • •Previous experience in a sales role is preferred.
  • •Flexible and able to work extended hours during peak periods.
  • •Strong product knowledge and ability to educate customers on features and care.
