Job Summary

The Sales Associate represents the brand in a retail environment, driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll manage greeting and assisting customers, promote loyalty programs, maintain store standards, assist with visual merchandising, and handle POS transactions while adhering to store procedures and loss prevention policies.

Key Responsibilities

•Greet customers and assist them in selecting products that meet their needs; convert window shoppers into buyers and promote the loyalty program while following the GUEST model (Greet, Understand, Explain, Sell, Thank).
•Maintain grooming and a professional appearance; be flexible to work extended hours during peak sales periods; stay up-to-date on product knowledge to provide accurate recommendations.
•Ensure products are displayed attractively per store layout standards; adhere to VM guidelines and stock management protocols; record and maintain inventory; upsell and cross-sell products and communicate promotions to customers.
•Operate the POS system for billing and transactions; balance the cash till at the start and end of shifts; process payments accurately and issue receipts/refunds while following security and loss prevention policies.
•Replenish and re-merchandise stock to ensure product availability and communicate stock/ promotions effectively to customers.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree required.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for welcoming customer experience.
•Previous experience in a sales role is preferred.
•Flexible and able to work extended hours during peak periods.
•Strong product knowledge and ability to educate customers on features and care.
