Key Responsibilities

•Lead, mentor, and develop two Senior Finance Business Partners and an Analyst to deliver financial planning, cost control, and analysis across all Functions.
•Translate complex financial data and variance analyses into strategic executive narratives and actionable insights.
•Establish and own finance KPIs and metrics for organisational health and workforce cost drivers.
•Oversee headcount governance and employee benefit expenses, partnering with stakeholders and peer senior business partners for a standard approach.
•Drive automation and process evolution for headcount tracking and employee benefit expense reporting, enabling scalable tool-driven architectures.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 112,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Manage and mentor senior finance professionals, driving matrixed collaboration with peer finance partners to achieve company-wide objectives.
•Partner with senior leadership teams (People and Functions) and act as a trusted advisor to influence decisions.
•Lead complex headcount and workforce planning, including international location strategies and large operational expense budgets.
•Build and own complex financial frameworks and capacity models, with strong experience leveraging enterprise planning tools such as Anaplan.
•Hold a professional finance qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent (MBA/Masters in Finance) and demonstrate strong IFRS/corporate accounting knowledge.
