Packaging Operator

Operate and troubleshoot packaging machinery to ensure efficient, accurate, and food-safe packaging. Sample and test products, load railcars and bags to food-grade specifications, and inspect finished goods for customer readiness. Maintain inventory, prepare railcars and trucks, and complete data entry/documentation for downtime and mechanical issues while coordinating with other departments. Work rotating shifts at the North Kansas City plant and follow all safety and food-safety regulations.
