  • •Ensure flow down of requirements internally and to sub-tier suppliers
  • •Assess/develop supplier’s quality capabilities throughout the product life cycle
  • •Identify and correct systemic performance issues
  • •Deploy effective Supplier Quality Management techniques

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 6+ years’ experience
  • •Experience with Supplier Quality Management and working with suppliers to meet Raytheon and customer requirements
  • •Experience with commercial and aerospace/defense regulations and/or standards (e.g., AS9100, AS9102, ISO-9000/9001, AS9145)
  • •Experience with Military/Defense or Aerospace Industry specifications/standards
  • •Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance (U.S. citizenship required)
