•Interpret quality requirements and assist suppliers in developing robust processes
•Ensure flow down of requirements internally and to sub-tier suppliers
•Assess/develop supplier’s quality capabilities throughout the product life cycle
•Identify and correct systemic performance issues
•Deploy effective Supplier Quality Management techniques

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 6+ years’ experience
•Experience with Supplier Quality Management and working with suppliers to meet Raytheon and customer requirements
•Experience with commercial and aerospace/defense regulations and/or standards (e.g., AS9100, AS9102, ISO-9000/9001, AS9145)
•Experience with Military/Defense or Aerospace Industry specifications/standards
•Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance (U.S. citizenship required)
