Key Responsibilities

•Lead and develop a direct team of specialists, managing end-to-end projects with high autonomy to ensure country operations follow strategic directives.
•Define staffing needs for LATAM stores, ensuring optimal full-time/part-time mix and collaborating with Talent Acquisition to anticipate and fill needs quickly.
•Ensure stores meet workforce structures (pickers and shift supervisors) and correctly configure the staffing tool (Orquest).
•Monitor adherence to country budgets, ensuring teams reach productivity and performance levels.
•Lead, manage, and continuously monitor the regional incentive program for pickers and store managers.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in Operations, Logistics, Workforce Management or Planning with regional impact
•Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams
•Led regional cross-functional projects influencing decentralized/local teams
•Intermediate/advanced SQL, Looker or other data visualization tools
•Advanced English proficiency
