•Build targeted sourcing campaigns to attract general and specialized marketing talent across B2B, enterprise SaaS, and technical product marketing.
•Lead structured, high-quality interview processes that assess marketing expertise, strategic thinking, and alignment with Applied's values.
•Provide leadership with data-driven insights on funnel health, pass-through rates, and time-to-fill to help problem-solve bottlenecks and support hiring velocity
