Commis II (QA)

Support kitchen operations as a Commis II by assisting with food preparation, performing simple cooking tasks under senior chefs, and following recipes to maintain consistency and quality. Maintain cleanliness and organization, manage stock rotation and basic inventory to reduce waste, and adhere to food safety and sanitation practices. Help with plating and garnishing, monitor cooking processes for temperature and timing, and coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order execution.
