Job Summary

Join the Cloud Technology Program Management team as a Strategy & Operations Analyst II, supporting transformation initiatives through data standardization, metric development, and performance monitoring. You’ll collect and automate headcount and budget data, build dashboards and analytical tools in collaboration with finance and hiring teams, investigate anomalies in OpEx/headcount reporting, and recommend data governance and analytics best practices to improve decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

•Collect, consolidate, transform, and automate headcount and budget data from multiple systems into standardized, automated formats.
•Drive requirements gathering, user acceptance testing, and automation of dashboards and analytical tools.
•Collaborate with finance, hiring managers, and talent acquisition to maintain accurate headcount and cost data and standardize procedures.
•Identify and investigate anomalies or inconsistencies in headcount or OpEx data and propose corrective actions or data-quality improvements.
•Enable automated OpEx and headcount reporting and recommend data governance and analytics best practices.

Key Requirements

•Relevant experience in data analytics, business analysis, or a similar role.
•Proficiency with SQL, Google Sheets, Tableau, and dashboard/analytics automation tools.
•Experience with financial and budget data, including headcount and cost tracking.
•Comfortable with Matrix / Virtual Org Dynamics for allocating costs and headcount across virtual business units and functions.
•Excellent communication skills to clearly present complex data to non-technical audiences.
