Key Responsibilities

  • •Control the Manufacturing function as Control Account Manager (CAM).
  • •Manage touch labour Hours Per Unit and other manufacturing budgets.
  • •Develop and execute production plans to achieve customer on-time delivery.
  • •Manage high-mix, frequently changing priorities using Lean Manufacturing concepts.
  • •Drive safety procedures and process/quality improvements using RTX CORE.

Key Requirements

  • •Relevant experience in Production Management, Manufacturing Engineering, or Manufacturing Operations.
  • •Degree or diploma-level qualification in a Manufacturing Engineering or Manufacturing Operations discipline.
  • •Eligibility and willingness to gain BPSS clearance.
  • •Experience supporting the manufacture of electronic or electro-mechanical products.
  • •People management experience with strong organisational and communication skills.
