Deliver consultative financial guidance to retail and small business customers as a Financial Center Personal Banker I. Build customer profiles using Financial Needs Assessments, recommend retail products, and use CAMP and approved marketing tools to set appointments and drive periodic financial reviews. Cross-sell, support customer experience goals, process teller transactions, and work as platform staff while partnering with mortgage, small business, commercial, and investment teams. Complete onboarding/education and obtain program certification.

•Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
•Recommend appropriate retail consumer and small business products/services using the company value proposition.
•Utilize CAMP and approved marketing tools to proactively reach out to customers and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
•Cross-sell to existing customers and support outside sales activities and community financial literacy events as directed.
•Process teller transactions and work as a member of platform staff while following risk, confidentiality, and conduct policies.

Salary: USD 43,680 - 69,900 annually

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience providing transferable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
•Experience in the financial industry preferred.
•Ability to comfortably conduct sales activities to acquire new customers and cross-sell to established customers.
•Demonstrated ability to understand advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information.
•S.A.F.E. Act registration required through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) at time of employment.
