Job Summary

Own and evolve enterprise IT enablement programs that help employees get the most from workplace tools from day one. You’ll drive onboarding journeys for new hires, design awareness and education campaigns, and lead adoption for new technology rollouts. Partnering with HR, IT Operations, and cross-functional teams, you’ll shape IT communications and measure adoption and engagement using data to continuously improve.

•Drive and evolve the IT onboarding program for new hires, partnering with HR, IT Operations, and functional teams.
•Design and deliver IT awareness and education campaigns so employees can effectively use Fin’s technology stack.
•Lead adoption for new technology rollouts through communication, enablement, and training that reduce friction and drive usage.
•Own the IT communications strategy across the business, making complex technical topics accessible and engaging.
•Measure adoption, engagement, and effectiveness, using data and feedback to continuously iterate and improve.

Key Requirements

•5+ years in program management, learning & development, or employee enablement, ideally across people-facing and IT/technology contexts.
•Experience running onboarding, education, or awareness programs end-to-end from design through measurement.
•Exceptional communication and storytelling to make complex topics clear and engaging.
•Strong stakeholder management across individual contributors and senior leaders, building trust quickly.
•Ability to operate autonomously with program management fundamentals across multiple workstreams.
