Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide L1 operational support for Wealth Management platforms and applications across multiple technologies
  • •Perform initial triage, troubleshooting, and resolution of production incidents and service requests
  • •Run smoke testing and monitor monitoring/alert tools and INC queues (including action per SOP)
  • •Monitor and manage job scheduling and batch processing (e.g., Control-M) including off-hours/on-call support as needed
  • •Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams, maintain DR documentation, and support continuous service improvement activities

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years in a technical, business-facing role within a financial institution (preferred)
  • •ITIL certification and knowledge of ITSM
  • •SQL knowledge for static data updates and reporting
  • •Control-M scheduling knowledge and experience monitoring batch jobs/inc queues
  • •UNIX knowledge plus ability to troubleshoot production incidents and apply fixes when needed
